Social rehabilitation robotics – Maria Fridin’s online presentation
At Robotics Conference, Maria Fridin, a famous Israeli researcher of the orthopedic and rehabilitation robotics science, will talk about the importance of robotics in the human life.
Her online presentation is called “Are the Three Laws of Robotics sufficient enough? Practical aspects for realization of social rehabilitation robotics ethical issues”.
The scientist is interested in developing the social rehabilitation robotics, intercommunication of human’s brain and robot, movement control, emotions programming, cognitive user’s model, machine learning and machine eyesight.
Her works aim to advance social rehabilitation systems that can help people in social interaction. For the moment, this method works for cerebral palcy and ADHS children.
Maria Fridin is now trying to create LikeMeRo, a start-up of the personal robot for learning.
