Robot works at Seoul Incheon airport
2017-07-06

A machine called Troika has been working at the Incheon airport since this month. Its main obligations include consulting passengers and keeping room floors clean.
The robot looks like a cylinder platform with the fixed big screen. Troika shows various useful information for airport visitors on it. One more screen is at the top of the platform and is actually a robot face.
Troika recognizes human speech and is able to answer in four different languages: English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. The robot can scan passengers’ tickets and display data on their voyage. It will also show the airport map at request and lead a traveler to the required departure gate.
